While TD 2 moves toward landfall the rest of the Caribbean and ‘hurricane alley’ have a lot going on. A tropical wave in the western Caribbean is pounding the Yucatan, Belize, Guatemala and Honduras with rain, another tropical wave is in the central Caribbean near Jamaica, still another wave is approaching the Winward islands, and as seen in this GOES satellite view there is a train of tropical waves riding on ‘hurricane alley’
